It’s been so long since I’ve posted that I’ve almost forgotten how to use WordPress, but my blog has become a catalogue of my watch collection and I have a bit of catching up to do!
First up, a sample from August last year. Since everything has moved online, Mr Jones Watches has regularly held sample sales on their Instagram page, and this is one of the samples I managed to pick up.
A white tiger version of the Promise of Happiness. The original version features an orange tiger, and whilst I’ve always admired it, I’m wasn’t particularly drawn to the colour scheme. In white, it becomes an entirely different watch so I had to have it. It’s such a beautiful sample, and it’s the watch I have worn the most over the past few months.
It was designed by Fanny Shorter, a textile designer who has designed incredible prints and fabrics. This is definitely one of my favourite watches in my collection.
